Details
Controls: 2 directivity presets (11dB / 15dB diffuse-sound attenuation), switchable HF emphasis (+5dB@10kHz), switchable low-cut (80Hz, 18dB/oct)
I/O: AES42 Mode 1 digital output; requires AES42 digital phantom-capable input (e.g. Schoeps PSD 2U or Mini-DA42 converter for analog-only chains)
Notable use: film/broadcast shotgun with software-enhanced directivity beyond what's physically achievable with a passive interference tube
Notes: FLAG: only fully digital (AES42) shotgun in current lineup; equivalent noise level 14/16 dB(A) (ch1/ch2), 27/28 dB(CCIR); 280mm length, 21mm diameter, 112g; current draw 170mA. Usually sold as a system with a converter (PSD 2U or Mini-DA42) to interface with analog inputs - price_usd left blank as only vague dealer financing estimates (~$5000-5400 for bundled systems) were found, not a confirmed unit price.
