Details

Controls: Digitally-controlled front panel (no traditional pots), 25 onboard presets, MIDI SysEx librarian, phase reversal, analog fading

I/O: Two Class-A discrete-transistor mic preamps with English-made transformers; two 4-band parametric EQs (routable to preamps or used separately); two switchable high/low-pass filters per channel (stackable to 24dB/octave); rear-panel MIDI ports

Notes: IMPORTANT FLAG: MPE-200 is NOT a tube design - it is the first product in Summit's 'Element 78' line of Class-A, discrete-transistor, digitally-controlled solid-state processors, with the analog circuit (preamp coupling/output stages and transformers) designed by Rupert Neve, who also specified the EQ frequencies. This contradicts an initial assumption that it belonged to Summit's tube/hybrid outboard family - reclassified as solid-state+transformer topology based on the manufacturer's own description. Also FLAGGED: MPE-200 does not appear in the current products.html navigation/catalog page (which lists only the A-Line and Half-Rack tube families) but IS still actively sold with in-stock status on Summit's own webstore (linked in url field) at $3,999 - treated as a current in-scope product on that basis. Country of manufacture not stated for this specific product (transformers noted as 'English-made'; overall assembly location not specified) - left blank. Rack height/dimensions and power wattage not found - left blank.
